Honestly my visit was terrible. The person at the window was so rude it completely discusted me. Then when got food home it was so cold, no heat at all, and its a 5 minute drive for me. The chicken pieces were small and way overcooked, the waffle fries were gross and cold. But let me tell ya somethin, the PEPSI was off the chain, that means it was spectacular!! I love pepsi so much, im their biggest fan and they dont even know it. Lol, i do not believe i want to return for a visit though.
I took the survey and when I got to the last page I was told over and over that my email must match. My email matches in every way. If you don’t want me to have the free piece of fish just keep it. I can afford to pay for it and that is what I am about to do. In fact I am about to pay for more than one piece of fish,I am going to get three and continue buying at Long John’s Silver.
we always have good service and the food is great, never had a problem!! I wish we had a LJS locally,,,,,,,(we used to, but lost two of them!!! )
The prices are reasonable, the salmon is delicious and we go there every week as a treat for lunch!!!!

I love LJS, but would love it even more if you brought back mac and cheese! It came back for a short while and was told it didn’t sell. The reason it didn’t sell was because it was never publicized that it was back. PLEASE! And let †he public know!!!

I am 80 yr old male the only place we buy ready to eat fish is LJS on03/29/2023 we purchased a 2 piece fish meal and 1 piece fish and fry went home to eat did not look like fish did not taste like fish because it was CHICKEN as we do not buy prepared chicken We THREW it all AWAY
Hello I like ljs but today I didn’t I got a 3 ps fish meal had to waite for the to cook one piece of fish so one hot piece an rest cold got served cold fries an hush puppies not good for business Overal service was not good
I always love eating LJS when the food is fresh. I even worked there many moons ago as a cashier fresh out of high school. I usually always ask for my food to be fresh and most of the time they reply with it just came up. Well the one time I did not ask, I was handed old fish and chicken. It was so rubbery that I had to throw some of it away. I was disappointed that I didnt save the receipt. But not only did it taste bad, it looked bad too and I wondered how it could have been served like that. There were black flecks all over it. Maybe from not changing the grease? Anyways, with the rising cost of food, gas, etc. I wish the staff would realize when it is no longer acceptable to serve food that has been sitting for that long. Definitely makes me not want to return. I actually hate having to ask for my food to be fresh as I do not want the staff looking at me with disdain or annoyance.

At 3:43pm there are the most hard working workers that work for this store the food was on point and fresh and they greet the costumer’s with the upmost respect and kindness my #1 store to eat at
I were at the Longjohnsilver in Elkhart Indiana on Cassopolis st. Got fish and more and it wasn’t cook done it were gummy on the inside really bad I tried calling they didn’t answer
Went to eat at our LJS in kokomo,in and my husband forgot his wallet, the kind General Manager paid for our meal! This goes above and beyond Excellent Service.
I wish you would open a restaurant here in Salt Lake City, UT and specifically in Riverton, UT which is a suburb of SLC. The perfect place would be in the new Mountain View Village shopping center.
Placed my order paid 33dollars got home had two pieces of chicken in both containers had to drive back and get it right, then when they did get right it was the worst food I ever had don’t know what happened but it used to be real good don’t think I’ll ever go back there
